Student Startup Achievement – A Proud Moment for RCAS

Greetings from the Innovation and Startup Cell, Rathinam College of Arts and Science (Autonomous).

We are delighted to share a proud milestone achieved by our students, marking yet another step forward in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship within our institution.

Manikandan K and Sanjai S (II Year CT – RSmart-01) have successfully registered their startup Sunstone PropTech Solutions under the Government of India’s UDYAM Registration Scheme (UDYAM-TN-03-0315781).


The startup focuses on Digital-Land Promotion & Smart Automation Solutions, reflecting the growing potential of technology-driven ventures emerging from academic environments.

This achievement highlights the ability of our students to transform innovative ideas into real-world applications, contributing to the startup ecosystem and knowledge-based economy.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Sukanya N, Assistant Professor – CS (RSMART-I), for her valuable mentorship and continuous support in guiding the students towards this success.

The Innovation and Startup Cell congratulates the team on this accomplishment and wishes them continued growth and success in their entrepreneurial journey.
